What is Movember?

Movember is an annual event that occurs throughout the month of November, dedicated to raising awareness for men’s health issues, particularly prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. The movement encourages men to grow mustaches and support conversations around these important topics, fostering a sense of community and encouraging preventative care.

Our Mustache Growth Competition

At Universal Chiropractic, we are proud to participate in Movember by hosting an in-office mustache growth competition. This initiative not only adds a fun element to our workplace but also serves as a catalyst for meaningful discussions about men's health. Here’s how the competition works:

Competition Guidelines

Here’s how it works:
Shave it Clean: Start the month with a fresh shave. Send a picture on November 1st of your pre-mustache face to (716) 930-3338. Please state your name in the text! Sending this first picture will secure your spot as a contender.
Let it Grow: From Nov 1st through Nov 30th, let your ‘stache grow! No shaving it whatsoever!
Snap & Share: On Nov 30th, send a picture of your fully grown ‘stache to the phone number stated above
Get Social: We will post your before and after pictures on Facebook
Who Will Win?: The participant with the most likes and comments on their photo will win the title of Movember Mustache Champion! Each year we try to mix up the prizes but 2024’s winner will get 2 Sabres tickets that include 2 Sabres Access Passes
